Robert and his team, Curtis and Jose, were great to work with. They worked diligently at updating our outdated speakers to Sonos. We just love using our system now with the integrated Sonos app. They also hardwired everything and added integrated WiFi extenders that tremendously improved our range of connection around the house. The few issues we ran into were promptly handled. We were very impressed with their professionalism and superior knowledge of technical systems. We will definitely be having them back to assist with further projects as needed. Thank you! Nikkie & Chris

I had a different audio integrator for our Control 4 system which was having issues, but called Advanced to see if I should consider converting to Sonos. Robert came out same day for an assessment and gave me options, but also said he was a Control 4 integrator. He repaired my existing system and we set him up as my new systems manager for a very reasonable cost. He was very kind, taking his time to explain the existing system while suggesting that we continue to use Control 4 until a hardware failure and then we could look at other options. Very impressed with Robert and lol forward to working with him in the future!

What a Breath of Fresh Air…..What a relief to have experienced Robert’s team to work with the complicated Control 4 system at my home…. they performed a service in my home that no other technicians could figure out for the past six years. I call it genius he calls it simple. I highly recommend advanced sound and image to work with all issues with Control4. Thank you Robert for setting up my home properly.

Advanced Sound and Image did a great job! They worked me in to meet my timeline. Very polite, patient with our requests and made sure the entire system was working before they left. We wanted one thing tweaked and was wondering if I could get them back out quickly after I already paid them in full. It was no problem at all. They made it back out the next day and met our request. Thanks Robert and team!!

Wow Wow - Advanced Sound handled everything we needed — setting up our WiFi system, installing a Sonos soundbar, getting our Ring doorbell system up and running, and completing a full rewiring of the unit. All of this was done at a very reasonable price, which we appreciated as new homeowners settling into a new space. What really set them apart was their communication throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and felt completely taken care of. At the end of the job, the team went above and beyond by setting up all the appropriate apps on our phones and walking us through how to use every system. We felt confident and informed, not left to figure things out on our own. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and cost-effective AV and tech installation company these are your guys. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend!
